What is coaching leadership?
Coaching leadership is an approach in which leaders actively guide and support their team members to reach their full potential. Rather than just giving instructions and making decisions, coaching leaders encourage their team members to think for themselves, show initiative, and take responsibility for their own development and performance.

What do you learn during the training?
​During this coaching leadership training you will learn how to communicate effectively with your team members, how to inspire and motivate them, how to provide constructive feedback and how to deal with challenges within the team. You'll also learn how to create an environment where employees feel valued and supported, and where they feel free to share new ideas and solutions.
My training is interactive and practice-oriented. You will have the opportunity to apply your new skills in various exercises and case studies. I also offer individual coaching sessions, where you will receive personal guidance from me.
