I have more than 20 years of experience as a trainer in the business world and I know better than anyone what challenges people face in finding and expressing their own strength and potential in an ever-changing environment .

​A training or workshop is only effective if it also meets the learning needs of the individual or team. That is why I always talk to you first to see where the learning and development needs lie. Only then can you determine what type of learning intervention is needed to achieve these goals.
​

My intention with a training is to create a safe setting where the participant dares to step out of his comfort zone to learn something new. You learn by doing. My training courses are therefore very interactive and encourage the participant to reflect on themselves and practice through, among other things: practical cases and role plays.

The most important goal for me is that you can immediately apply what you have learned in your daily work life. Ultimately, it is your learning and growth process that you own and in which I can guide you.

Over the past 24 years, I have specialized as a trainer and coach in the following three areas;
personal leadership, team development and coaching leadership. By working with many
different teams and managers within very different industries and organizations, I have gained a lot of experience in how to develop and implement effective training that delivers results.

Coaching leadership is an approach to leadership that focuses on supporting and guiding individuals to reach their full potential. As a coaching leader, you take people's development potential as a basis and focus on increasing their self-learning and self-steering capacity.

Personal leadership

Personal leadership is about understanding how your own perception and behavior can hinder you from achieving your goals and creating real change. By developing your own personal leadership you can determine your own course and deal effectively with challenges and changes in life.
