Over the past 24 years, I have specialized as a trainer and coach in the following three areas;
personal leadership, team development and coaching leadership. By working with many
different teams and managers within very different industries and organizations, I have gained a lot of experience in how to develop and implement effective training that delivers results.

Personal leadership is about understanding how your own perception and behavior can hinder you from achieving your goals and creating real change. By developing your own personal leadership you can determine your own course and deal effectively with challenges and changes in life.
